We generally fulfill orders within 2 business days; however, there may be times when the fulfillment process can take longer for in stock items.
Please allow up to a week for fulfillment.
If the item is a pre-order, estimated ship times are located in the description. Orders of multiple items will ship when all items are in stock. If you order a pre-sale, you are encouraged to place a separate order for in-stock items to avoid extended wait times.
We only ship to US addresses. We DO NOT ship to international addresses. We do NOT ship to freight forwarding services for international buyers.
Packages are typically delivered via the USPS.
If your package is damaged during shipment, you can file a claim through the USPS. USPS deliveries normally carry insurance of $100. See the USPS website for more details on filing claims. If you wish to purchase additional coverage, please use the contact form to let us know and include your order number. We will let you know the cost.
