Apex Collectibles Refund & Return Policy

At Apex Collectibles, we are committed to delivering high-quality comic books and collectibles to collectors and fans. Please review our policies carefully before placing an order.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless explicitly stated below.


Preorders & Presale Items

No refunds or exchanges are permitted on any presale or preorder items, including but not limited to:

  • Upcoming comic releases

  • Variant or exclusive preorders

  • Signature series preorders

  • CGC/CBCS/PSA submissions or graded preorders

  • Limited print releases

By placing a preorder, you agree to purchase the item once it becomes available.

Estimated ship dates on signed or graded items are subject to change due to artist schedules, grading timelines, or logistical delays.


Raw (Ungraded) Comics

Unless otherwise stated in the item description:

  • All raw books are screened to be Near Mint (9.0+) or better copies.

  • We carefully inspect books to provide the highest quality copies available.

However:

  • Due to the nature of the comic book printing process, minor imperfections may be present.

  • Printer defects are not considered damage.

  • We do not guarantee any specific third-party grading outcome from companies such as CGC, CBCS, or PSA.

  • Raw books are not guaranteed to achieve any particular grade once submitted for grading.


Graded Comics & Slabs

Graded books (CGC, CBCS, PSA, or other third-party grading companies) are sold as-is.

Please note:

  • Grading company cases are not guaranteed to be pristine.

  • Minor scuffing, surface scratches, or normal encapsulation wear may occur during the grading process.

  • Case imperfections are not grounds for refunds.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the slab casing, it is your responsibility to contact the grading company directly regarding re-holder services.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, Apex Collectibles does not guarantee specific grades beyond what is listed on the encapsulated label.


CGC / Graded Preorders

If a guaranteed-grade offering is advertised (for example, a 9.8 guarantee), and we are unable to fulfill that grade:

  • Store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount.

  • The lower-grade copy may still be shipped if applicable.

  • No refunds will be issued on graded preorders.


Damaged Items & Shipping Errors

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or you receive the wrong item:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at: apex@apexcollectibles.shop

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Order Fulfillment Issues

If Apex Collectibles is unable to fulfill your order due to inventory error, allocation changes, or supplier shortages:

  • Your order will be canceled.

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Minor Imperfections Disclaimer

We strive to provide the best copies available. However, due to the nature of comic book production:

  • Some books may contain minor imperfections.

  • Printing variances, slight corner stress, or minor ink inconsistencies are common in modern comic manufacturing.

  • These are not considered damaged items.


Policy Updates

Apex Collectibles reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates are effective once posted on our website.
